Richard K Mibei
Mr Mibei did and passed his KAPE in 1962. He undertook agricultural courses in Kabianga Farmers Training Institute and Naivasha Dairy School. He went to Cooperative College for cooperative management skills. He worked as Dairy Manager for East Sotik Cooperative Society. Mr Mibei was the Vice Chairman for World Club of Friesian Society, the Chairman for Town Planning of Kipsigis County Council, the Chairman Kipsigis County Council, the Director National Cereals and Produce Board, the Vice Chairman Kericho Transporters Committee and the Vice Chairman Bomet/Ndanai Land Board. Mr Mibei is a respected successful farmer. He holds a diploma in agriculture.

Symon Kipchumba Cherogony
Mr Cherogony holds Bsc Agricultural Engineering from University of Texas A&M and Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University. He has attended numerous Managerial and Governance courses both locally and internationally. He has extensive experience in farm irrigation and drainage obtained while working for ministry of Agriculture. Mr Cherogony worked as an Agricultural Machines Sales Manager for KGGCU where he rose to become the General Manager. From his working experience and trainings he was appointed to the Board of Directors Kenya seed Company Ltd.. Mr Cherogony’s other skills include land use planning, project planning, design and implementation, soil and water management, machinery management and Corporate Governance
