Mr Cherogony holds Bsc Agricultural Engineering from University of Texas A&M and Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University. He has attended numerous Managerial and Governance courses both locally and internationally. He has extensive experience in farm irrigation and drainage obtained while working for ministry of Agriculture. Mr Cherogony worked as an Agricultural Machines Sales Manager for KGGCU where he rose to become the General Manager. From his working experience and trainings he was appointed to the Board of Directors Kenya seed Company Ltd.. Mr Cherogony’s other skills include land use planning, project planning, design and implementation, soil and water management, machinery management and Corporate Governance
Administration Manager
Mr Naeku is an experienced and a hands-on manager focused on service delivery of the Association. He rose the ranks from management trainee in the 1990s to Administration Manager Currently. Mr Naeku holds Bachelor of Arts in economics. He has attended several managerial and Governance courses related to his duties.
Operation Manager
Mr. Changwony is a results driven, self -motivated and resourceful operations manager with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize profitability and efficiency. He has vast experience in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive. Besides, possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders. Mr. Changwony sets and achieves high performance consistently, enjoying self-development and learning new things. He is a Masters of Business Administration Graduate, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, trained Human Resource specialist and Entrepreneur.
Human Resource Manager
Mr. Omosa is a proactive thinking professional with good experience in management and more particular human resource management; employee resourcing, Reward management, employee development, performance management, employee motivation, conflict management and leadership development. Mr. Omosa is equipped with skills to build a sustainable future through research, training and human resource services advisory and outsourcing. He is adept in assessing organizational needs, formulating remedies, and implementing solutions in collaboration with employees, clients and stakeholders. He has a proven ability to leverage technology and improve productivity of employees. Mr. Omosa is the founder IHRM TRANSONYA Branch (Kisii, Nyamira, Migori counties and Transmara Subcounty region) and the current branch Secretary. He holds a BSC in HRM, MBA HRM and PhD in HRM candidate.
Finance Manager
Lucy Mumbi is a confident team player, self driven, hands on and results oriented professional. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing with ICPAK. She is also a graduate of St Paul university and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has a wealth of experience in auditing, accountancy and finance management. Within KFA she has been involved in credit management that entailed her working closely with the Farmers throughout the entire farming processes ranging from credit sourcing, land preparation, planting, harvesting, storage, handling and marketing of the produce. She has gained sound interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. She is the head of Finance Department and has been involved in restructuring of the Association.
Information Systems Manager
Mr Kariuki Wa-Gakinya is a Bsc (Hons) graduate from University of Nairobi. He has a wide and long experience in Information processing and Information Systems .
